QCan we use DCC brand on packing , how DCC can protect our customer ?
A

DCC always encourage our customer to accept packing with DCC brand label , But we also respect our customer's requirements to use neutral packing . We cherish all efforts from our clients , So all customers choose to use DCC label packing will absolutely received customer protection from us , We issued many agreements for this issue and following that policy strictly.

QWe are using some colors from local producer , we don't know if it worth for us to import directly from DCC , Or who will be DCC's right customer ?
A

Import directly from DCC will definitely reduce your production cost by around 30%-50% , But there will be additional stock cost involved . So we suggest that for the dyes or pigments which you can consume around 500kg-1000kg quarterly, It already worthy to import directly but for some special colors which only be used for shade adjustment with very small quantity , we suggest that you can still prefer to by from local due to less stock pressure and fast delivery . QCan we visit DCC facilities , office and lab ?

Face to face meeting is very important to enhance the trust and relationship , You are welcome anytime to visit DCC and we can arrange transportation and accommodation.

QCan DCC specially develop some products for us ?
A

One of the main task for DCC lab is the new products development , Depends on potential market demand and value of the information provided from customer , DCC will decide to develop the product for our customer on exclusive basis or priority supply basis .

QIn case the shipment quality is different with the approved sample, how will DCC solve this problem ?
A

There is very low percentage , according to company record for the past decade , DCC had totally 8 quality complains within around 20,000 delivery and 160,000 products (0.008% of quality complain) , within these 8 cases , 2 cased were wrong shipped cargo (we took back on our cost and changed cargo to clients) . 4 cased were shade difference caused by different application (we shipped back one and the other three accepted by clients on discount basis) and the other 2 were just the excuse of payme

QDue to the environmental protection control, the price of Chinese products fluctuating a lot and supply is also not stable, how you tackle with it ?
A

China government is looking for a cleaner and healthy economy increasing, So since year 2015, the pollution control policy was getting more and more strictly which caused price fluctuating and unstable delivery . In order to tackle with this situation , DCC increased stock capacity specially for some products with heavy wasted water during production process , This new policy enhanced our competitiveness and led to more than 30% business volume increasing over the last two years .

QCan DCC help to improve our formula to get better quality performance or reduce our production cost ?

QWe like the professional shade cards from DCC , Can we buy some or can DCC make some for us ?

Good design of shade cards with professional technical data is very important tool for technician to choose the right products , So DCC always pay attention to produce high quality shade cards every 3-4 years . For our partners, we can give enough free shade cards for customers to promote our products , For customers want to make shade card under their own company name and logo, DCC will also be pleased to help that with cost price .

QIs possible for DCC to send technician visit our clients together with us ?

Yes, DCC regularly arrange such technical communication visiting and received positive feedback . Nothing is better to understand each other than visiting the plants and talk with technician face to face.
